Ok, i found what you mean by 'close'. I have delete the server from my Ladder Server List and I had my planets (no taxes).

Hi, I have upgraded my server to a Ladder Server (0-60K). My aim is to have a 0-70K server. I have already used 10,000 planets to go to 0-60K. Apparently, it takes another 20,000 planets to pass the server in 0-70K (while I already paid 10,000). Is this normal? Should I have paid the 0-70K directly?...
