I don't remember the paramater, but you should be able to raise the snapshot delta time minimum to avoid people get blocked by it. if you set it to 200, nobody would have loss of control under for example, and since it is a solo, like you say, the eventual high ping will not suffer from it as well....

the biggest effort we did in that area is the tax free transactions, but you have a good understanding of it

in fact, we would like to keep tax system efficient, so exceptions are unlikely to be made, or people will start to evade ^_^
