I checked the logs on the master server and it hasn't received any query from .escelite4 between 21/Mar/2013:21:58:07 and 22/Mar/2013:03:58:12. What is more your server was running on 93.186.199.17:18011 and not IP: 93.186.199.17: 18010. Maybe the XMLRPC is connecting to another server on port 18010...

This is strange, i never saw ladder points at the end of the map. Maybe this is because the maps are so long that i never saw the end of the map actually ^^ ? Or am i missing something ?
