Issues getting the beta download

After putting my promo code in it changes it to $0.00 but after I put in my email and confirm it click I agree to the TOS and click continue it always gives me the message
"Payment Refused You might not have entered your payment details correctly, or you might have been blocked by our security system.
If you are sure you have typed the right information, please consult our FAQ or contact our customer support."

What should I do to get this to work?

I opened a ticket and contacted an agent I'll be sure to let you guys know whats up when I hear something back but in the mean time I'd suggest doing the same to let them know about this.
