Download Error

I'm trying to download the Shootmania Beta but it won't let me. I activated the key they sent me and it said payment is $0.00. I continued and it said "For an optimal download of your game files, we strongly recommend using a download manager" so I did. Then when I clicked the 'Fast Download' button it opened the program and said "ManiaPlanet_Setup-1.bin" cannot be found so I exited and tried again and it said it again. Then I decided to use the direct links so I downloaded File 1 and started the installation process when it said Please Insert Disk 1 or Enter the Correct Path. I have no idea what it means but it's looking for the same file, ManiaPlanet_Setup-1.bin, so I did a search on my computer for the file and nothing came up. Please help because I have been waiting FOREVER for this Beta!

Hi,

please try the manual download:

in the order confirmation email you have received upon redeeming your promo code, you should see 2 links:

Maniaplanet_Setup.exe
Maniaplanet_Setup-1.bin

Click on each link to download the files. Please make sure you download them into the same folder of your choosing.
Once both files are downloaded and saved into the same folder, open said folder and launch the ManiaPlanet_Setup.exe file to start the installation.

I have just tested the Fast Download right now and everything worked perfectly, so I am not sure what happened on your PC.

If in doubt, please delete the files you have downloaded and start all over again.
