My key doesn't work :S

Hi I just recieved my promotional key in a mail of the beta
But the problem is that the box turns RED when I'm typing the key.
What's the problem?
Please help my I LOVE THIS GAME I NEED TO PLAY IT!

People are confusing codes with Keys

Thats what i meant not key I mean code. Promotional code.. The box turns red when im writing down my code there.

Same here, I have entered everything, it gets to processing payment, then just boots me back to the SM STORM page from the link. No email yet and have been trying ALL day lol

Same with me. Tried a few times today and still can't get it to work. Box turns red after I put the code from the email in. So I can't complete the transaction. I emailed customer service but haven't received a response. I really wanted to play Shootmania too.
