I was wondering if you could not only import models and attacks from other games, But other story(Quest,whatever )modes as well from downloaded Wii, XBox, etc. games

I highly doubt, that this will be possible.
1. You won't have the license to republish this things
2. If you were allowed to do this, who wouldbuy the original games then?
