I also think he meant graphics engine, but when you have a gfx card thats 'broken' , no matter what engine you run it at , you'll always get those artifacts.

I'm sure my graphic card isn't broken because, I already said that, I haven't this bug on all games. Just on games I've cited.

OK then , but to me it does look like artifacting issues, can you possibly test your card in another computer just to make sure there's nothing wrong with it ?
It could also be that your gfx card is overheating, it could be of dust it 'collected' over time, have you checked that (for dust) ?
