TM2Canyon - Unable to synchronize profile [fixed]

Hello,

i am quite frustrated, i bought a new notebook and downloaded (steam version) Trackmania 2 Canyon and Valley games again but everytime i login into Canyon - it says unable to synchronize profile with the master server - yet when i do the same in Valley everything is fine and i login there without any problems

my user name in trackmania 2 canyon and valley is robin360cz, any help???

Hello robin,
I'm very sorry that you are having troubles syncing your profile.
Please understand that this needs to be looked at by a NADEO employee, as we moderators do not have access to any of the servers. It will be taken care of in the morning
In the meanwhile, can you tell me how you installed Canyon and Valley?
Did you download the Maniaplanet Installer from www.maniaplanet.com or did you install the games via Steam?

Where did you purchase the games? ManiaPlanet page or Steam?
Were you able to register the game keys (happens automatically in Steam) after the installation?

There have already been two other users with synchronisation issues, let's see if Nadeo can find something.

Thanks a lot, i hope someone will help me as my Canyon profile
is probably stuck somewhere and because of that is not synchronizing with the master server
My login is robin360cz, i downloaded and installed via my Steam profile, bought it there.
On my previous notebook, it synchronized OK, now with this new one not (only Canyon, Valley is OK)

On the first configuration dialog (of the launcher application), is the profile setting set to "use multiple profiles"? This could perhaps help.

Just checked it and it was set on "use multiple profiles" - so, it´s not the case but thank you for trying to help

it was a mystery for me why Valley synchronized and Canyon did not
