[TM2] [CONNECTION] Strange behaviour of the game

On 2nd stage of Russian community championship RTMC'11 even three players got the same bug:
1. Player tried to get to the server with 20+ players with right pw, enough free slots, clean banlist etc(inMania.org RTMC, login:inmania).
2. The server reported wrong password
3. Player tried to re-enter game or enter profile
4. Both actions resulted in error "Unable to connect to server, try again later"/"Unable to change profile, try again later"
5. Then player able to enter the game only after ~10 minutes of waiting or when he re-connects to ISP
6. He still cannot enter the server. Go to step 1.
