Ladder Points Resetting?

Hey all,

I am new to the game and have only just really started getting into it. But i have found a problem which is getting quite annoying; twice in a row now, i have gained LP, gotten ranked, only to lose all my LP the next time I log into TM2.

Any known fix for this? Am I doing something wrong?

Because although it was only a small amount of LP in comparison to better players, I have ground my way up 20, 000 ranks. Just to be made to start from scratch, Twice. This is quite frustrating.

It was a bug has which affected the new players only. Now it's fixed but unfortunately we are unable to restore the LPs lost.

I was having this problem as well. I'll report back later to tell if you my LPs keep disappearing or not.

Another question how can I delete my Ranking (Ladderpoinst) to zero .I dont find anything about this but is reset possible ? . Wanne start again from the bottom. Login= scopydick

It's not possible to reset your ladder points.
