Other people can't see my reskin

Using this skin (http://www.maniapark.com/ressource.php?id=1857) works fine in game, people can see it, so my ports are fine. I reskinned it today and changed the locator file to a dropbox direct link of the modified skin, and now nobody I play with can see it. I can see it in game and select it, but it doesn't show up for others in multiplayer.

Because it already was working before, I think
1. You didn`t wait long enough until the Model/skin was downloaded by all participants (30MB skin is not small, it may take some maps)
2. There is something wrong with the locator (Check if the zip file on your HD and the uploaded one are realy identical, also the name. Check if the name of the locator is also identical +.loc. Check if the direct download is working correctly)
3. P2P download was disabled serverside or by the other players (Then you may try different server or/and ask someone where you know, that he has seen your skin before)
Other than that, it should work, if it worked before.
