[Bug?] Local file as NeutralEmblemUrl

I don't know if it's intended or a bug

setting a web file as NeutralEmblem works fine

example:

NeutralEmblemUrl = "http://cookie.com/emblem.dds";

using a local file doesn't work though:

Code: Select all

NeutralEmblemUrl = "file://Media/Images/emblem.dds";

NeutralEmblemUrl just doesn't change its value...
is that intended?

i would like to use a local file included in a title pack
