[Manialinks]Let <music> work on servers too

My suggestion is that the manialink <music> tag should also be working on the servers while driving.
It should play music parallel to the map music/forced music.

Alternatively I would propose to give the <audio> tag an attribute that defines which channel it should use,
so wether its volume can be changed via the music volume control or the sound effects volume control.

I also suggested this on the German board (http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 628#p73272) but I think there is less activity.

You might ask what sense it makes to have <music> and map music parallel. Well I don't see any in this,
but I think it would be easier to achieve this than to let the map music being muted while <music> is used.
If it is the other way then of course <music> could replace the map music (and therefore forced music at all).

So noone has even an opinion to this?
Let me explain one more advantage: Server controllers like XAseco, FoxControl, RemoteCP, ManiaLive ... could be enabled to play the music you want per player.
That means you don't force everyone to hear the same music.
With this the chance to hit a players taste is much higher (especially when he can choose the music on his own) than with playing the same music for all players.

So I would not only like to hear if it has been accepted or declined but also if you would like to have this feature.
