[B2.1] [Bug] server browser multiple buttons

Server browser bugs when i try to join to server and joining fails since i don't have enough ladder points.

It actually happens every time you fail to connect to a server, whatever the reason.

We have added a small tooltip to indicate that you can't join the server so it will save you the click and the bug

Seems to happen in Beta3RC2 aswell.. But it happens if you disconnect from a local server if you created in multiplayer->create.
