[Fixed] [B2.1] elements behind manialink pages are clickable

Hi,

This will do on _any_ manilink page!

Instructions using maniahome..

Reproduce:
1. Open game
2. Open maniahome
3. Goto bookmarks
4. Double click on center of page
5. shootmania /trackmania title opens, depending on what position you are on the behind menu
