[B3RC1] Inconsistent behavior of top bar in ML browser

The top bar (where you input a Manialink address) seems to have an inconsistent behavior: If you launch Maniaplanet, the top bar is always shown. When joining a server or the editor, and leaving it, then the top bar hides itself (as known from olde rversions of MP). Yet if you go back to the main menu of Maniaplanet and re-launch a title, it is again always visible.

This is a bit annoying especially when you want to create a Manialink, which fills the complete screen: If you say that you don't use the place behind the top bar, there will be some free space when on server or coming from a server. If you really use the complete screen, then the top bar will hide a part when coming from the main menu.

Would be nice if this can be fixed, I personally would like to see the top bar always disappear when on a Manialink. Or maybe that the Manialink itself can say, that the topbar should disappear ^^
