[B2.0] arrow keys don't work well in ESC menu on server

Go to a server in Canyon.

Hit ESC. Try to use the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate the menu. The selection gets stuck at certain points.

Using mouse still works.
Former QC Manager at Ubisoft Nadeo.
