How to change avatar?

I go to Home-Setting-Profile but there avatar is non-clickable.
Another problem that somehow now it is set to some flag which I never set myself. And I did not do any change attempts when it changed "itself".

Do you have demo version?

Are you trying to edit your profile from the main menu?
If you have full purchased game, please start the major titles, like Storm or Elite, and there go to your profile and see if you can change it there.

You can't change avatar with a demo account. Actually you can't customize your profile at all.

Because you have probably specified Italy (or an Italy sub-area) as your Location when you've created your account

1. I never specified Italy, have no relation to that country even.
2. At some point (few month ago) I was able to set up a custom avatar (maybe you some "bad" update).
3. Now I have Italy flag avatar and I did not change it, it changed "itself" last Monday or Sunday.

Hello,
I also got an Italian flag after some random time.
I think it is caused by .bik avatars, when it cannot load it (If you're on another computer), or if it has been deleted.

Not sure about what I'm saying though.
