This website really offers so much more than any other gaming-site and all of this in a
beautiful & user-friendly design.


You can host your own cups and you get sooo much options.
You can even create a cup and let every team that enters pay €5. When the cup is over the winner takes the money.
This is just a simple example because there is so much more.

There is a ranking-system. It keeps track of all your matches. The team-profiles are beautiful.
I got a sneak-preview about the new dashboard that they are developing and it really looks epic.


Now, before you can actually start playing you have to create a team & add players just like on any other site.
Its really easy & intuitive. Then just sign-up for the cup you want to play in and your done. Easy right?


The website even offers nice premium options : €5/month

For €5/month you get to play in cups hosted by ESA and you get to chance to win large amounts of money & hardware by oZone
Last week there was a TF2 cup and teams could win €1500.

Having the premium accounts really gives you so much more, too much to sum-up here actually.

INTRO - CPLAY SERIES:Shootmania Summer Challenge#1
After a lot of work CPLAY finally announced their new online event: The CPLAY SERIES. ( CPS )
The good news is that CPLAY decided to host the first edition of CPS for the game we all love: Shootmania:Elite. This FPS-game really has what it takes to become one of the next best esports games so a little extra attention never does any harm.

CPS itself will start out with 32teams divided into 8groups. The first 2 teams of each group will advance to the brackets. The 3rd in the groups will go to something called 'Lucky Loser Brackets'. If you end up 4th in the groups you are knocked out.
All matches will be played on 5 Thursdays starting at 20CET and are BO3. (finals BO5) B2-Settings.
The mappool is: Malevolence, GoldenRush, Paladin2K13, Gouge, Archways, Crossroads, CastleCrasher, Spitfire & Rust.

CPS offers streams in different languages, live-coverage, fragmovies, weekly top5frag-clips (by RZN & e x R), beautiful prizes and a killer competition with only the best teams.

If you end up playing in the Lucky Loser Brackets it probably means you had a bad start in the competition. Now, why should this be punished? Teams playing in these brackets are still in the race to win a nice prize. (Winning the actual event isn’t possible anymore.)

Welcome to the SpeedBall Release Cup by Team»Ðevota.

To celebrate the release of the Speedball-Titlepack we will host ManiaPlanets first Speedball Tournament from Friday, 30th of August until Sunday, 1st of September.

The played game mode will be 3vs3 SpeedBall with Friendly Fire enabled and three maps will be played in each match. The mode of the tournament will be Double Elimination.
We will have a MapPool of eight maps which you can test on our different title pack server.
Up to 16 teams can register for the cup.

Registration
To sign up for the cup please send an E-Mail to speedball@team-devota.com with following information:

You will get a confirmation as soon as your registration is processed.

Registration is open until 30th of August (the day the tournament starts) 19:00h.
The Check-In deadline for the tournament will be at 19:30h.
For that, please leave a message in our forums to confirm that you'll be there.


Prizes
For the winners as well as for rank two and three Ubisoft themselves have provided some Shootmania-Swag!
The first place will get each one T-Shirt.
The second will get Sunglasses
and the third gets sweatbands.
We want to thank Ubisoft for these prizes.

In case a Team with Devota-Members would win a prize, it will be passed down to the next team.
If necessary we will organise extra matches to determine the winners of those prizes.


Teamspeak and IRC
During the tournament we will be present in the Devota-Teamspeak as well as in an IRC-Channel special fo the Release Cup.
If you have any questions or want to stay in touch with the organisers to be informed as soon as the next matches are determined you can find us there.

Also anyone who needs a teamspeak channel for his team during the tournament, don't hesitate to ask us. You can have an extra channel in our Teamspeak.

Of course it is free to join, you don't have to register!

Hey everybody,

if you are a active Shootmania player you maybe already know the server & mod: Mewin Infection.
The mod "Infection" which is scripted by Mewin, is about that you have to infect as many survivor as you can. The first infected is chosen by the system automatically and can shoot. When he has infected a survivor, the survivor is infected too and has to hunt the other survivors with the first infected (etc..). Now the shoot function from the first infected is deactivated for him. That's mainly it

So we as the team are planning an "Infection - Event".


The rules are the following:

1. As survivor do NOT leave the map. By this I mean running away from the actual map so infecteds can not catch you or use glitches on the map to leave it.
2. As survivor do NOT go to any locations infecteds can not reach (like where you need rockets to get there). Its just not fair and ruins the game for other players. This also includes locations infecteds can not reach while you shoot them. (Like climbing on trees)
3. As most people do not like do NOT use your rocket to bump other players of buildings so they will get infected. (bumping other zombies is allowed )

ShootMania and TrackMania² Stadium confirmed for ESWC 2014.

The ESWC Organizing committee is happy to confirm two PC disciplines for the ESWC 2014:

• Trackmania² Stadium (1v1v1v1)
• Shootmania Elite (3v3)

Trackmania is an ESWC official discipline since 2006. The upcoming 2014 edition will be its 8th World Cup. Shootmania is present since 2012, it will be its 3rd edition. The details of the preliminaries will be announced very soon.

The Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC) is a worldwide competition of video games, starting locally with national qualifying, to end with a World Final gathering all the cyberathletes and designed as a live show.

Paragon League announcement

It's official, Paragon eSports will be hosting cups through 'Paragon League' (official site) for Shootmania gamemodes such as Combo, Elite and Siege. However we are still progressing things further such as prizemoney or hardware sponsorship available for those who win, further developments to automate score submission from ingame servers and livestreaming. These nice things will take some time however the cups will running within the next couple weeks so we would very much like you to get involved to keep the ShootMania esports rolling and of course Paragon League!

There are also new mappacks available and you can check them out here, however they do differ from the official mappacks so be sure to practice.
We needed to get the mappack complete asap, so we did our best to choose the best maps available at this current time. The great news is every month, you guys are able to veto a map out of the pack and vote one in through our forums.


Cups will be running on the following schedule:

Combo - Every Thursday
Siege - Every 2nd week on Friday
Elite - Every Saturday
