Post by The_Big_Boo »

New version of ManiaLive 1 with really small changelog ^^

Threading
Fixed a bug preventing to use threading with only sqlite3 enabled

Bill plugin
Fixed and optimized

As usual, this version and standard plugins can be downloaded from here: http://code.google.com/p/manialive/downloads/list

Edit: Bill plugin wasn't really fixed, it should be now.

Hi The_Big_Boo,

Quick question, from this post, I understand we should be able to interact in-game with the script using Entry type ML element.

I had a quick look at the code, but I am not sure if we can access the player's input from the Entry element with the action callbacks....Do you know if this true?
I guess we can handle them by using the onPlayerManiaLinkPageAnswer functions but then I am not sure what would be executed first, the ML call back or the onPlayerManiaLinkPageAnswer function...

Thanks in advance for the feedback...

True, unfortunately :?

The ML callback is supposed to be executed first.

Something need to be done about this as many other things in the windowing system and so it's on my todo list. In the future, entries' values will be sent to the callback.

Btw, it's a topic about ManiaLive 1, which doesn't work with TM² dedicated. You should have posted this in ManiaLive 2 topic ;)

In ManiaLive1_r267.zip the libraries\ManiaLiveApplication\Application.php file show 'const Version = 239;' and not 267. ;)

Anyway, it would have been better to have dedimania plugin announce a version number containing also a reference to it's own release and not only to the running ML one : actually it's not possible to know if the issue notified by Xymph there is linked to ML 239, 267 or to an older DM plugin :?

As almost nothing changed between r239 and r267, it must be linked to the Dedimania plugin itself. And so this bug can probably appear in a future Dedimania² plugin if nothing is done :?

If the Nadeo devs still plan on releasing a version on ML2, I suppose we should go ahead and change the naming scheme for our version so they don't accidentally get confused for eachother, just in case..
