[B3.1][MS] Suggestion: Add sign set/getters

For the uber awesome epic MultiEdit™©®℗℠(patent not pending) I'd like to be able to get/set sign values on sign blocks in the editor. CEditorPlugin does not allow any way to get/set them.
So.. Please add them .
