[RC1] "Ghost" links from another frame

It seems there is a kind of ghosting with links on ManiaHome. Here's a simple test case with images.

- First screenshot to show a few notifications with links in them on Maniahome frame
- I go on Multiplayer frame, everything is OK
- Second screenshot: I open a menu like the zone selector or advanced filters, and now I can hover and click links which were on the main frame (my mouse were on the red dot)
