[B3.1] Editor: cliff side roads only on water mountains

The new cliffs are much more difficult to use at the moment.

The cliffside roads can only be placed on level below ground floor,
or on water top cliffs (mountain type 5).
But even there not all blocks can be placed.
E.g. blocks 6-7-3, 6-3-3 don't want to be placed althought the mountain shape basically should allow it.

Furtheremore none of the cliffside roads can be placed on cliff mountains that are on top of the earth (mountains type 2) :oops:

I as well have a lot of issues placing the cliffside roads. Mostly all of them bug around and make building really a horrible experience :?

The biggest problem is that all cliffside blocks are automatically scrolled down to the lowest possible level, so that they can be placed inside a canyon easily). Therefore you cannot scroll them up to lvl 1 or 2 easily.

My suggestion:
Just remove this "automatic" scrolling. Make them scrollable to every height, just like every other normal block too.
(maybe also apply this to all other blocks, like smaller cliffside roads...)
In this case a "helper"function to make the use of the editor easier causes the exact opposite. Please fix it! :thumbsup:
