Please allow terraforming if only decoration blocks are placed.
I can understand and I welcome that terraforming shall not destroy existing roads,
but it is not very handy if you have to delete any kind - all the blocks - on the terrain before modelling it.
Background: in half of the cases I don't have a clear picture of the terrain in mind, and I have to change it later in favor of a better road layout. The more the track reaches its completion, the more difficult it gets to terraform, as more and more blocks are already placed.

Yes sometimes blocks prevent us from modifying terrain.
But it was not intended, it was a bug!
It should be fixed in next version.

Does "it should be" mean you will definively work on the fix, but you just don't know if it will come with the next or after next update? Just asking
