[B 16/05] Stadium: custom engine sound (nearly) not audible

People already have reported it here and there in the individual support forum parts.

Engine sounds of custom car models are nearly not audible.
Their volume is much to low.
Sometimes sounds are there, like misfire sound when shifting gears.

Example car: F3

In Canyon it is working fine btw.

Edit: The cars have empty "*_body.wav" engine sounds, but Stadium apparently is only taking those.
After deleting them, and copying the working sounds (renaming them to *_body.wav") the sound is back!
