[B3.1] Canyon local play: car shadows missing

In local play, if I select Hotseat or Splitscreen, the cars don't have a shadow anymore,
which looks weird compared to the usual solo (local or mutiplayer) view.

In Stadium there is at least a blurred fake shadow, but Canyon looks somehow "naked".

In solo play, there is stencil shadow (current setting: high) in both games.
