However, I couldn't find a report about it here in the reports forum, so I wanted to report it.
For a while I thought people were talking about how the car doesn't return to a view behind the car after a cam change (like this or this). I think that's probably a separate issue, as we had that one in TMUF when the loopcam would be forced cam3 and the exit of the loop would be a forced "default" cam (cam2) instead of a blank trigger. And the camera would swing around from the side of the car instead of staying behind it. I find it a bit annoying, but I've learned to live with it over the years, and generally if you build loopcams correctly, it doesn't happen.
However, I believe the "twitch" people are talking about is actually a twitchy camera that I've been used to seeing in GPSes in Canyon since at least June 2012, but maybe it has existed longer. Now with the influx of Stadium players and old tracks with incorrectly built loopcams from old TMN/TMNF getting imported into the game, we're seeing players having a serious interest in this issue.
I've made a video showing what happens when you place a forced default cam in a track. I've tested it and it happens with Canyon car on Canyon, Stadium car on Canyon, Canyon car on Stadium and Stadium car on Stadium.
You can see the twitch in action here, recorded with fraps:

It's easily reproducible. Just place a trigger with a "default" cam in the track and let it go wild when you pass through it.

I hope you're able to fix it, as it's really detrimental to the feeling of gameplay.
