Client needed!

Hey guys, i bought the game Trackmania United a few years ago in the collector edition with tshirt, etc.
And recently i wanted to play the game again but when i try to install TMU Forever it obviously needs the original TMU installation folder.
My problem is that i cand find the cd anymore to install it but i still have my tmu account data and i also get emails from nadeo that tell me to update my TMU to TMUForever.

So my question is: Can i download a client somewhere with my original TMU account data? I dont want to pay twice for the same game. Please answer.
