On the Star Edition you have the Startrack campaign that you have to download separately with the standard version of United Forever.

Small addition maybe: If you're living in Germany, you can get it for 9,99€ here.
Also, the Startrack-Update is free for all anyway, so there's not much a difference between TMUF without or including it. You just have to download it

You can also get the Forever update free if you find an old copy of TrackMania United. I doubt you'll be able to find one though, considering the game is from 2006/2007.
