--> HUD customization
I would like to have visual effects when something happens ingame.
example : U pick up a stamina-booster ( u have now more stamina ) ---> visual effect of a growing stamina bar in the hud.
the UI part is already possible
what's not possible is the way easier part: the stamina boost
and making it possible to have unlimited stamina... or set higher movement speeds script side :p

Why? I don't have free station for royal, It has nothing special to keep this mode in title-pack(You made title for Siege to be able to use weapon switching). It would be better to bring Royal back to Storm with Ladder equivalent http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic. ... 42&start=0

Heroes should be also converted to Storm in my opinion.
My Gamemodes:
MP4 - Countdown, Firefight
MP3 - Reduction, Overload, Flashpoint, Territory, SM Race, Escape
MP2 - Search & Destroy, Oscillation, Instagib

I feel sorry for NADEO^^ I think they are working very hard haha.

Ofc a new environment would be cool :p
well you know this demo is crap, this is the second time they released a demo about the game so far (every envi)

you know they did it a year or 2 ago... it worked for a short period and than the tm² player database went offline...

this is a sort of sign you know maybe they think: hmmm tm² has 2 new enviroments and just a free game with better graphics and a few more blocks added (yup I'm talking about stadium) this is an free game stadium.... so why the hell implant it for 9.99€?

they did this to get more players once again on tm² yup it worked for some time but yet. where are they now?

you see? I really think they should put more focus on the envi they were working on (I had a scource wich told me they said that they were working on one a long time ago)..

I agree that they can update the older envi's but you know: look to TMX, tmu, (community and the game) people are returning to there. why? yup it is a game without any updates but it is complete!

tm² so far has never been finished so far this always felt like the beta periods I've been in.

still today I open maniaplanet: I still have this beta feeling... they should get rid of this feeling.

For the information, most players from TM1 are in stadium only servers: 41 players are on non stadium servers on TM1 while they are 220 on TM2 at this moment + 22 on TM2 pack

To my knowledge a lot of new players have discovered TM2 with this new demo. They now see great servers run by the community. I have seen some servers with more then 100 players in Stadium2. A lot of them dont get back to TMNF because they dont even heard about a TMNF. Those new young players really like the game and a lot of them wants to play it continuously. So if thats crap, sorry i totally disagree.

And it was made for the demo of the solo in addition to all servers instead of the 10th anniversary ones.

but still: all updates I did last times: maniaplanet update (only the interface)....

well it improved yes but it has still this epic beta feeling imo...

Nadeo should get rid of this, they almost done it with releasing the 3 envi's in 1 title (if you got all titles so far)
but the game modes, if you want to get a normal race its ok, but you want something different, than you must exit the title and open another one.

also releasing a new envi could do wonders,

you guys only speak about the new "young" players

does this mean you all just say: "screw the older players they should had enough with tmuf, tmnf or tmo"?

this looks like you just go for only the new "young players" those who don't know or don't have that much knowledge of what is possible with tm yet. to help them (only) to improve your game? well I could say the older players had more experience but yet we still need these new" young ones" and cooperate to make something bigger from tm².

I don't have any problems with the new players, since we all need them to have more fun on the game. and a bigger community once again.

but if you only focus on thes guys, with almost no experience in "arcade-unreal-like" racing games. than I want to know what suggestions they would make..

the more experienced players could think even deeper on what has been done yet and how to improve these things and to help create new stuff (I mean the idea's)

anyways I would be happy If there would be any news on any improvements so far...
I already gave up on QM, SM I don't know why i bought it after the beta stage... in the beta stage I enjoyed the game but later on everyone left (due to the lack of stuff in tm²) SM is now as boring as hell for me...

anyways this is something I had on my mind so I'm glad it is out now

ps: I don't want to harm or insult anyone from the forum, players (new and old players) or from the Nadeo Staff or cooperators, and not even from ubisoft (I'm glad you guys took off with ubisoft, and not with ea, since ea only releases unfinished games these days wich don't work after a while :p)

The current number of players on SM is similar to time of launch. And yes, Maniaplanet has a lot of evolutions. Some can find this positive, including some older players that we know well and for which we are releasing always deeper and more sophisticated features. With this update, we improve matchmaking, include import of fonts, fix things about items, add a long awaited feature to shoot the dof in HQ etc.

I also think that TM² can benefit from another env, but meanwhile, I think that having the big sets of features we have made is really positive. And that positive players are also positive for the fun of others, if I can say it simply.

it's not new. I think I even already said that the gameplay of it is complementary of others, and that's because TM² has been designed to evolve, but also to complete itself. It's a little like in these simple scenario: go and collect the 3 gems to make that powerful armor ^_^
