Mania_creative is death and it was a useful source of information , so i think maybe to make the same website , not exactly the same but with the same idea

I'm afraid this is going to be just another site where information can be found. At the moment we already have the official wiki, the Wikia-wiki, the technical documentation at GitHub and then this site as well ...

people usualy use "mania" as a prefix.
Using planet as a suffix is just weird.

So maniatuto would be the more logical and better solution imo.

not multiplying websites is still a better solution. if you really have info to share, just use existing services.
