ManiaHome changes

Hi,

We are about to roll some changes in ManiaHome:
- ManiaHome won't be visible when you enter a title.
- Some automatic messages (buddy add, bookmark add, favorite server add) have been disabled. They may come back in some other form that respect more the privacy of you and your buddies.

Ah that explains the blank screen then. I thought I'd broken the game when it crashed during creating a Title Pack. You must have done the rolled out the change while I was working in the title editor.
