About the countries: When you download the official rules at nr. 2 you see this:

ELIGIBILITY: the Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia), Brazil, Canada, France and Germany who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry and who have a current Uplay.com account.

1) Are we allowed to use music from the older Trackmania games?
2) Are we allowed to use custom skins?
3) Are we allowed to use custom mods?

Videos may only use music from the TrackMania OST, or from any open source project. Copyrighted music may not be used without the express consent of the copyright holder.

Players are not required to make a custom 3D model for the car – “skin” submissions are valid. If you are using a car model other than those provided by Ubisoft/Nadeo, you must get written consent from the original creator prior to use.

I just checked on this and we published an incorrect version of the official rules. Please note that the contests are open for:

Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia), Brazil, Canada, France and Germany, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Romania, England, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Russia, Turkey, China, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Australia and New Zealand.

Lot's of countries missing, wonder why Ireland is not there. Well SA is there now, but doubt I will make a stadium track. That's my weakest one. Nadeo should have chosen Desert (speed) or Coast
