1) Its free
2) There is some new content other than gfx update, such as a new blockset.

Its only what I think :?

We know it's going to be free and there are going to be new maps, so it's going to be awesome.

If it's not going to be free, do not make us pay 20 Euros for Stadium. At least make it free for Canyon/Valley owners, I guess.

If an environment needs new/more blocks and attantion it's Canyon. I think the whole stadium business is a waste of time and resources anyway. It allready is the environment with the most blocks by far. It's time to move on beyond stadium. I say leave it where it is and what it is. Away from maniaplanet.

It's not about the blocs. It's about bringing new and old players to stadium also rethinking the freezone philosophy. Nowadays servers on tmu are kinda empty .

Absolutely agree...
When Canyon got those "twin sub level tunnel blocks" not tooo many drivers/mappers actually liked them but it would be nice to have some other blocks tho to "spice up" Canyon... :3

I don't know what you mean with "rethinking the freezone philosophy".
What I do know, is that Freezone dropkicked me out of the game. I've never seen so many rude people on one server at the same time. Man, I hated that.

Anyway, "bringing more people to stadium" is not going to bring anything to canyon or valley. As it was in TMUF, stadium servers were full and all 6 other (much cooler to my taste) environments were as crowded as canyon is now.

Aslong stadium is arround, other environments will never grow to something good.

Remaking of stadium in maniaplanet is a great pull factor.

Stadium had/have even success and if we additionally summon the old stadium players.. Maniaplanet will become more popular. And to do that, it requires just more than remaking stadium. If you have already taken a look on the comments of the annoucement trailer of Stadium² you'll see that EVERY potential player WANT NEW BLOCS.
That isn't baseless!
As one guy above me said, no environment can reach that 'limited blocset'.

That brilliant concept of maniaplanet that always had success for 10 years, is: NEW CONTENT BY PLAYERS..
And me as a map-builder from TMNF and Shootmania.. creating maps with always the same blocs.. it is going to be boring.. and no new maps for server = empty server. That is FACT!

NEW CONTENT includes NEW BLOCS.

You will NEVER see a game without new content. Otherwise it is threatened and can die out..

Although maniaplanet/Nadeo don't want to expand stadium.. they have to. If Nadeo want draw their attention back as in old times from TMNF, they have to create new blocs = new content!!
