[Tools] Spectator Mode and Replays saving

I will not discuss idea right now but just to let you know that it is an maniaplanet idea more than a tm idea, a little like Zooz raised.

meanwhile, I understand you ask for TM things. But if it is in the maniaplanet section, it automatically have, at least, two times more value ^_^ since it could be used by at least two games.

would be great for QM... for in-game cut-scenes... but you would have to be able to play the scene and customize the NPC (quest givers).

Especially when it comes to eSport there are quite a few demands for replays and a good spectator mode.

I will try to improve this for the community plugin pack that is currently under development for trackmania 2.
Focus areas will be ease of use for server admins and the players at server and to suppport esports demands.
At start it will be very basic... and it never will compete with xaseco with features, but it will be build for competitions.

I have basic server administration and managing build already!

What can be done

Replays:
- at the moment you can only save your own replay, without others cars. Should be improved/changed

currently at End of round I can force server to save the round replay with all cars.

Spectator Mode
- list the checkpoint times in specmode (maybe only on relayTVs)
- add a live ranking of the actual round and overall score (maybe only on relayTVs)

Both can be done.

About the relay spectating.
It would be really cool to filter the chat. So for example, if there are 3-4 relays (e.g. FET-Final relay A-D) that you can switch between the chat of the different servers.
e.g.
I'm on relay A, but wanne see, what's written on the other servers.
Then we can have different chat streams (matchserver,relay A,B,C and D). So i can switch between the serverschatstreams and read (all) and write to them (only relay chatstream). Also a longer chatbox would be great, where you can scroll a little bit (more than just pressing c in TMF).

Can be done with server controller.
