Editing Cut block
I recently found the "editing cut" block in the MT which seems to be pretty useful. I still wish to have the option to render only specific parts of the replay to save some time. Is there already a way to do that or will this be implemented some day?

That's what it's for.

Re: Editing Cut block
Hm, if I use that block it still renders the parts I don't want, but those are in a seperate .avi file. I just wondered if it's possible to render only a part from - let's say - 10 to 14 seconds, the rest does not get rendered at all.
Re: Editing Cut block
hmmm, then you might have one track too much, or you did not chose the right option?
Re: Editing Cut block
I added a screenshot here, hope it clarifies the issue:

If I do that, it creates 3 .avi files -> still everything is rendered, just seperated into multiple files.
But I want the option to render only a specific part, e.g. the part I marked as Video02 in the screenie (parts 01 and 03 do not get rendered at all).

Re: Editing Cut block
I'm not sure why it renders 3 avi files. That's a bit strange, as it should only be rendering 2 avi files based on what I see in your screenshot.
What I do is this...
Put only one "editing cut" block on the timeline, and place it over the section you want to render.
When you want to render something else, move it to another part of the replay.
Here's a screenshot to show you what I mean:
