Hello all,
I was very excited this week to discover that TM2 is imminent, I do have a question over my Laptops suitability.
Acer 5741G
Core i5 430M
Nvidia Geforce 320M (1 gig)
4 gig RAM
Im sorry if I missed an obvious thread on this!!
The reason for my confusion is that it gives the required graphics card as an 8800GS. I am unsure how my card compares.
This laptop plays Battlefield Bad Company 2, Civ 5, Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance etc without issue.....should I expect a problem?
Thanks for your patience!!

Core i5 = You are able to play on good settings, I have an i7 740QM
nVidia GeForce GT320M (1 gig) = graphics card is ok for TM², I have two nVidia GeForce GT435M (4 gig)
4 gig RAM = TM² doesn't need much RAM, my laptop has 6 gig
Re: Required Computer Specs
I have no idea about the technical about my pc, but for me its if you can run TMUF in PC3 high, you can definitely play Canyon in the highest quality.

Re: Required Computer Specs
Thats great news, I know TMNF wasnt the most demanding game, but the trailer looked so good!!
How do they expect us to know our specs easily by just naming a card like the 8800?

Re: Required Computer Specs
Estimating what the rest of your computer looks like if you have 1/2 gig ram....... almost lowest settings but still a bad performance. You won't be able to build tracks with a lot of scenery without having too much lag.Wouter4009 wrote:And ½ gig ram?

Re: Required Computer Specs
By actually reserching some parts on your own computer? I know all of my computers, servers, and other network equipment i work on. I look up specs and model numbers. Actually take effort out of your day and dont't be lazy. Aside from the built in window programs like device manager you can use aida64, coretemp, cpuz, gpuz, and many other great monitoring programs to find any spec you need.Rus-Evo wrote:Thats great news, I know TMNF wasnt the most demanding game, but the trailer looked so good!!
