How use your TMUF login as TM² login

As far as I understand there are no advantages / rewards for using a TMF login with TM2, right?
If such rewards were added to the game in the future, would I still be able to gain them by linking my TM2 account to my TMF account later, or do I have to do this now (when signing up for the first time)?

You have to do this for the first time (when you sign up).
After your account is created, there will be no more changes

That's right, all the logins used on TMUF are reserved to the owner.

Just wondering what happen if we didn't pick our TMUF ID does it stay reserved or there is a way to let someone else use it this is something I didn't tough on the registration I bet I have stolen the loginID of a player who will be pissed off on the registration.
I use ShaunYCash on TMUF and ShaunY on TM2.
First to buy, first to try and first to choose his login ID.

Hylis think to reserved only TMUF login of active players on the game, maybe 1 or 2 months.

Hello everyone,

For those who want to use their TMUF login with your TM² account, you have to follow these steps:

• Launch the game (oh really )
• Choose the option "Create an account" and not "I already have an account" since it's a new Maniaplanet account.
• Use the login and password of your TMUF account

After you have to follow what the game ask but you can now connect to the game with your TMUF login

its been that way for all of the games,
Well from tm all the way up to tmuf , same email same username = people could view your sexy cars,
I have long for gotten what the name of the first tm game

its been that way for all of the games,

Not really, it's a special case here : you can use in TM² a login which exists in TMF only if you use the same password too, and need to choose "create new account" anyway and not "use existing account". Else any TMF login will be rejected.

It make a kind of reservation in maniaplanet of the existing tmf logins to their owners, which is nice, but It should be indicated in the game when creating a profile, else many players who would like to use the same login will fail if they don't try to use the same password and so will use another login while they wanted the same one.

The best would be to have a better message when trying to create a TMF account not binded in TM². Something like : "This login is reserved for its TM Forever owner, you can create it only using the same password as the associated TMF account"

If previous usernames are reserved do you need to use the same email address?

I am trying my TMUF login and I keep getting this error:

When I try and create an accout with the same name I get this:

If it's expecting the same email address, that is a problem as it is no longer active.
