Can´t conntect: Error 12029

Hello world!!!

So I finally bought TM2: Canyon, downloaded it and was ready to play... until this error happens:

-Cannot connect to the server: error 12029-

WHY!?
Any one who can help me solve this problem? users? pros? developers?

Any way, I still have Trackmania Forever... will play for the mean time

it's fixed now.Upon my latest try,i logged in

It looks like I followed the wrong advice... all I had to do was to check the file "hosts" from the following address:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Delete all the loop back IP´s such as 127.0.0.1 blablabla.

Re-run the game, configure my account and before I knew it... I was racing !!!

Anyway, thanks to the people who answered or saw this!!!
