TM² ladder problems

so i have earned 16 089 ladder points i restarted trackmania and then i got ladder points resseted to 0 please help me

I got the same problem, every time I reenter the game my ladder points and ranks get reset. :/

It was a bug which has affected the new players only. Now it's fixed but unfortunately we are unable to restore the LPs lost.
