Tested on the Acer Laptop Aspire Intel Core - i3, 4GB DDR3, 320 GB HDD
OS Windows 7 premium 6bit
XAMPP Version 1.7.7 - PHP 5.3.8
Windows firewall

Also Askuri had the same problem on Xampp.
Is the version of PHP, the 5.3.8 seems to have some bugs. I suggested to Askuri too, to revert to an oldest 5.3.x
In the while you can try to shut down the firewall to let me see if the firewall is ok and post a log again?

Fixes :
- Fixed Bug on no tracks for new servers
- Fixed Bug that doesn't read the tracklist after adding. Now it read the tracklist again each 5 tracks.
- Small bugs fixed

Suggestion: Don't copy config.xml again or you will need to redo the settings.

This is your opinion. I respect, but i decided in this way because players or admins could stole Planets from other servers. In this way i try to avoid it.
That's all.
Anyway if you had read the first post, you will know that i will release TPS SDK, to code plugins.
So just wait the evolution of the project.
