You can use any other keyserve, for instance keyserver.ubuntu.com:

The key will change with the new APT repository

For me (Debian Wheezy) that command didn't work. This one did:

Can you take a look at https://www.maniaplanet.com/documentati ... ng-started and update the link for the manual download, too?

Currently the download link points to the dedicated server version ManiaplanetServer_2017-03-09.zip.

Perhaps you can always point to the actual package with a symbolic link or something similar?
