Hello everyone,
lately I have a lot of trouble to see members of team Red on some of the maps. So I started checking out the interface options which allow you to change the color of your teammates and your opponents. Here is what I did and what the result looked like:
1. Setting the opponent color to blue (cause for me it´s the color which is the easiest one to see)
-> opponents get colored blue
-> the background of the nametags which get shown when you mouseover an opponent are blue when you play against team blue but stay red when you play against team red
2. Setting the own teamcolor to green
-> my teammates get colored green
-> my entire HUD is still blue/red depending on which team I´m on
-> my pings are still blue/red
3. Setting the color of my crosshair to green
-> my crosshair gets colored green
-> the rest of my HUD is still colored blue/red
-> my pings are still blue/red
Now my questions are:
- Why is there no option to change the color of the rest of the HUD?
- Why can´t I change the color of my pings?
- Why are the nametags of opponents still colored in the original teamcolor and not in the selected one?
- Why would a team which I colored blue still be called Team Red? Isn´t it possible to adjust the teamnames to the colors which I chose them to have? (Ofc only if you play against a team without a real name)
I think there is also something wrong with the colorable blocks inside of a map if you change the teams´ colors but I didn´t look further into detail here cause it was the thing which annoyed me the least...
If you want to see any example screenshots just let me know and I´ll make some.
Best regards
Livert
