good luck you can get 40-70fps on highest settings.

Indeed, I don't get why we don't have the magnificent new UI all over the game, under all game menus and submenus. Instead we have it only on top bar, which is bad and sad at the same time.

AMD rx580 here, latest recommended drivers, vsync works properly.
Try clean install of radeon drivers, try deleting default.systemconfig.gbx in Documents/Maniaplanet/Config folder. (this will reset your settings)
