I've looked through the list of countries you can assign yourself and I see both Denmark and Estonia, but no Iceland. Why come?

That seems...odd. Every Trackmania game came with a bunch of tracks out of the box, why wouldn't Shootmania come with a bunch of maps?

What I want in ShootMania is mobility and lots of it. I want to be able to outrun the world record for the 100 meter dash, just like my boy Duke Nukem. I want equipment that lets me go anywhere, not just on the ground, but in the air as well. High-jump boots, a grappling hook or a jet-pack could do ...
