Update on my issue :

- I played the first map where the issue occured : It works without any issue ! Maybe it was fixed in the lastest patch as it was the same day it was released.
- When I exit the game, I still have this Runtime issue.

You can indeed find servers on Stadium.
The TP is currently worked on, as Bask said earlier. No release date yet. Guess you will know it soon enough when an update is coming

Okay, thanks to Magnetik answer in an other thread ( here ) it worked ! You only need to start the game with launcher, so it will prompt you to start as admin cause the game has been updated. That's why, when the map is finished, you should be able to press "option/start" to open menu, and before validating the track, you can open up "Camera settings" that can only be found in Advanced Trackbuilder (so, "newbies" that use basic mode won't get too confused .....
