I was having the same problem and I updated to the beta drivers off nVidia's site and that fixed it!!! Finally working after trying for a week!!! Try it man!!

I can configure settings and everything through the launcher but when I hit play I see a window come up, maybe 600x800 can't tell, for 2 seconds, nothing in the window, then disappear...
