Yeah but thats not the issue were having, at least not me, i am being put in the queue and making it through but then when i enter my details and code is when im getting the error stated above.... So... Yeah I don't get a queue I just go straight to the shop put in the code my email and click accep...

So its possible we may not even be able to redeem our pass? I cannot tell you what i dont know myself, but i highly doubt that it will affect the redeem process of our codes, its just delayed cause of problems in their end Fair enough I'd just be a bit peeved if it turned out because of said issues...

After putting my promo code in it changes it to $0.00 but after I put in my email and confirm it click I agree to the TOS and click continue it always gives me the message "Payment Refused You might not have entered your payment details correctly, or you might have been blocked by our security ...
