When you start the launcher, go on advanced and there you find some settings. Take a screen shot of them, what was TMarc asked for, you don't need to launch the whole game :) starting mplauncher.exe the only thing that happens is the error pop up. There's no option for settings. starting mp.exe bla...

As for video settings if u mean ingame settings i can't get there as the error pops up immidiately after i start the launcher.
